Tomato Butter a la Beier

Difficulty: Super Easy

Preparation Time: 5 minutes


This tomato butter is magical. You can add it to really everything and it will pimp up the taste: Bread, Pasta, Rice, Steak, Potatoes…..It´s always good to have a pot of it in the fridge.



Butter (250g)

Sun dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil (1Glas)

Garlic (2 Cloves)

Tomato Concentrate (20-40g)


Squeeze the Tomatoes . Cut them into small pieces. Do the same with the garlic and the butter.

Now put everything together in a bowl, add tomato concentrate and mix all ingredients with a fork. You can also add basil, oregano, salt, capers, or herbs of province if you like.

Put it back in the fridge.

Take it out again.
